Mentoring

Keysight’s mentoring program focuses the passion and potential of our employees by strengthening their connection to their organization, business and team and supporting them in delivering business results. The program connects an experienced employee with a new or developing employee with who is committed to learn and gain insight. The mentor works closely with the learner to develop knowledge, capabilities, perspectives and approach to working at Keysight.

Keysight’s mentors provide expertise/insight in specific learning areas, help learners manage their own development and support personal growth.
