Keysight’s U.S. Company Employee Vaccine Requirement

To comply with President Biden’s executive order and to protect the health and safety of its workforce, Keysight is requiring all U.S. employees and anyone entering the company’s U.S. facilities to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 no later than December 8, 2021, or to have an approved medical or religious accommodation. Keysight is a federal contractor and will adhere to all requirements of the executive order that apply to federal contractors.

If you are hired and your start date occurs before December 8, 2021, you have until that date to be fully vaccinated, which occurs two weeks following your final shot.  You will be required to show physical proof of full vaccination by December 8, 2021.

If you are hired and your start date occurs after December 8, 2021, your offer of employment in the U.S. will be contingent upon providing proof of vaccination.

There is a process in place for requesting medical or religious accommodation in lieu of being vaccinated after accepting an offer of employment.

In addition, all employees working at Keysight are required to follow all site safety protocols, which may include physical distancing and the wearing of masks.

Ensuring the Health and Safety of our Employees during COVID-19

From the earliest stages of the coronavirus crisis, we have made the safety of our employees and candidates our top priority. While many office locations are temporarily closed, we have adapted quickly and are able to support our employees, customers, and candidates during this challenging time

It’s in our nature to innovate, and our response to this crisis is no exception:

Working from home: all Keysight employees and contractors who can work from home are doing so. Keysight provides a broad set of tools to help these employees avoid stress and stay focused while working from home, with emphasis on technology support, collaboration, communication, ergonomics, and engagement.

Emotional support and counseling services are available for all of our employees across the globe.

Safety on-site: for sites ramping capacity to perform essential work, Keysight deploys strict health and safety protocols that meet or exceed local regulatory standards, including enhancing cleaning and mandating physical distancing.

We’ve enhanced our virtual/video meeting options to temporarily replace face-to-face meetings and interviews.

Remote onboarding of new employees: until it is safe again to return to work, we are providing virtual onboarding and training programs to our recent new hires.

We are always excited about new talent joining the company, and we continue to hire during this crisis. We have adapted some of our hiring and onboarding processes, but they remain rooted in engagement, preparation, and empowerment. Your hiring manager and recruiter will keep you informed of the guidance and protocols in place in your area.
